📍 Location: Stabler Arena @ Lehigh University in Bethlehem, PA

🗓️ Dates: April 12 & 13

As a volunteer, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of this championship event and creating an unforgettable experience for the performers and spectators alike. 

Volunteer Opportunities Include:

🚌 Parking Operations: Coordinate arrival, staging, and parking of performer buses and trucks.

✅ Check-in: Welcome and check-in performers, staff, and volunteers while distributing credentials/wristbands and providing information.

⏱️ Warm-up Monitor: Monitor warm-up areas and ensure units adhere to their allotted warm-up times.

🏟️ Performer Management: Help units and performers navigate the venue and manage the event flow in hallways, loading docks, and backstage areas.
